Leaf Space successfully commissions second 3.7M antenna in Azores

Lomazzo, 08 settembre, 2022 – We are very thrilled to announce the deployment and activation of a new proprietary Ground Station in Azores in collaboration with our local partner EDISOFT-DEFENCE & AEROSPACE to support satellite operators with our tailored GSaaS solutions!

This ground station will be integrated in a dedicated Leaf Key network to provide support to one of our customers, whose ambitious mission requires more capacity over this area through a customized service solution.

Fully owned and operated by Leaf Space, this second state of the art 3.7 meter S/X-band antenna in Santa Maria increases our capability to serve low inclination satellites and provides additional capacity for SSO orbits due to the strategic placement in a remote area of the Atlantic.

Since 2014 we are building, deploying and extending a solid distributed network infrastructure to increase the global coverage and the network capacity to offer the best and most robust services to our clients.
