TreeNet is our “always-on” connectivity solution designed to transform how satellites operate in orbit.
TreeNet creates a continuous communication layer by linking satellites and ground infrastructure into a federated mesh network, instead of relying on limited ground station passes.
This enables operators to access their satellites in real time, without waiting for scheduled contact windows.
Today, most LEO satellites connect to the ground only about 10% of the time, creating delays, inefficiencies, and scalability limits. TreeNet removes these constraints by enabling continuous communication, unlocking faster decisions, real-time data access, and more agile operations.
At its core are TreeNodes, which allow satellites to communicate directly with each other and with our Leaf Line network. Each satellite strengthens the system as it joins, shifting from fragmented connectivity to a true network capability and laying the foundation for a scalable, interconnected space ecosystem.

LEAF LINE is LEAF SPACE’s Ground Segment as a Service solution, leveraging a fully owned and operated global network of ground stations available through all-inclusive per-minute pricing. This service enables satellite operators to efficiently perform mission-critical data communication with their space assets.
LEAF LINE supports Command & Control (TT&C) operations by receiving telemetry data and transmitting commands to satellites, while also managing mission-critical communication by handling the reception and transmission of payload data.
The Leaf Line network serves satellite operators around the world, with over 50% of operations supporting missions from the United States.

What is the latency that can be achieved by your network?
That will depend on many factors such as mission profile and geometry.
As of Q4 2025, for an SSO mission at 55 km altitude, the average gap between two consecutive contacts is around 15 minutes.
For mid-inclination missions, that average is closer to 13 minutes.
Our network is constantly expanding and all these value are bound to evolve and improve in time.
What protocol/communication Scheme do you support?
We have already integrated the protocols and the radios from of the main manufacturers of the new space industry to provide the widest compatibility in the market. Standard solutions like CCSDS, DVB-S2 are, of course, supported. If needed, we have the capability to ensure compatibility with new protocol and radios within our own SDR (Software Defined Radio) suite.
Is there a priority scheme for different customers?
Yes, in a few specific cases where it aligns with the appropriate concept of operations.
What kind of support does Leaf Space provide during nominal operations?
Leaf Space guarantee 12h of continuous support every day of the year, from 6:00 UTC until 18:00 UTC (or from 7:00 UTC until 19:00 UTC according to the different periods of the solar year). Our high level of automation in network operations has enabled us to streamline support to 12 hours, ensuring efficiency without compromising on service quality.
