What we are searching for
Part of the sales & marketing team, the senior sales shall strongly contribute to the rapid increase of the company revenue. The senior sales set up acquisition plans to capture and grow new strategic customers worldwide for the company. He/she generates and manages several leads in parallel while making sure that the overall commercial pipeline keeps increasing. The Senior Sales proactively contributes to the global sales strategy in providing sharp and accurate insights from the market. The candidate should demonstrate a strong ability to navigate into complex ecosystems and have strong interpersonal skills and team spirit. Ideal candidate has a technical background and a proven successful experience as a Sale in the space industry.

Senior Sales Role at Leaf Space


  • Set up acquisition plans to capture and grow new strategic customers for the company.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Build a deep market and competition understanding to help the company constantly improve its product market fit and grow the accessible market.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Seasoned sales professional committed to exceeding sales targets.
  • 6-8 years of experience in a sales environment (sales, pre-sales, key account manager, …) in the space industry.
  • Customer-oriented and solution-focused person with excellent communication skills and a sense of synthesis.
  • Successful experience in the sales industry.
  • Master’s degree (technical degree preferred – Engineering, Sciences, Physics, Technology, …).
  • Fluent in English
  • Frequent international travel is required.
